I'm passionate about working with adults who are diagnosed or questioning if they have ADHD and autism. Especially for those who are late-discovered, there can be a real upheaval in identity when you find out you've been living life on 'hard mode' without realizing it. A large portion of my practice is helping folks navigate their new diagnoses and encourage self-compassion, curiosity, and neurodiverse-affirming coping strategies.
ADHD and autism touches every part of life from relationships, to self-worth, to managing household chores. There are two groups below that I offer specifically for people navigating how ADHD impacts their life, and also for parents of neurodivergent children. Both these groups are specifically aimed at adults, and no official diagnosis required. If you have questions, please reach out!
Choose-your-own adventure style group sessions with specific topics such as financial planning, managing chores and hygiene, and effective communication. Sign up for each individual topic that you want to learn about, and connect with other adults with the same lived experience!

Group sessions specifically aimed at the unique struggles of being a parent of a neurodiverse child. This group is a 6 week sign up where you'll be able to feel supported by the others in the group, and speak openly about the challenges and strategies around parenting kids with ADHD and autism. As this is a psychotherapy group, can be billed through Autism funding if available to you.
